Becoming a member of Australians Within Atlanta is a simple 2 step process:
Pay your $25 annual membership fee via PayPal: Click Join or Renew (You may pay using your PayPal account or Check Out and pay without a PayPal accont and use your credit card.)
After you pay your membership fee on PayPal, you will be returned to the AWA site to complete your membership form so that we will have your full contact information.
If you prefer to send a check with hardcopy form:
Print AWA Membership Form hardcopy and mail it and your check to the address on the form
Note: Annual Membership fees are expected between May 1 and June 30. If you join in April, you are considered financial for the coming year.
We’re not difficult, you or your spouse must be an Australian citizen/ ex-pat.
You will receive, as an AWA member, our member directory, access to our newsletter which updates you on all the latest AWA gatherings and details of planned shindigs. The newsletter also provides articles on travel, member news, an update from our Australian Correspondent and other interesting topics.
Please note that the AWA email distribution list, FB pages for general membership and Mums & Tots, as well as the Mums & Tots Yahoogroups are only open to financial members of the AWA. The yearly membership fee, which has not increased in at least 10 years, is used to subsidize activities throughout the year such as Australia Day, ANZAC Day, AGM, Queen’s Birthday, etc.
FB membership and inclusion on the distribution lists will be scrubbed at the end of August based on financial membership.
